Is Massage Therapy right for me?

Registered massage therapists provide only an assessment, not a diagnosis.  Depending on your health history and the issue you present with, you may wish to speak with your doctor before making an appointment. In addition, always keep your massage therapist informed of any medical conditions so that together, you can choose a safe and effective treatment plan.

Do you direct bill insurance companies?

Ideal massage therapy direct bills Bluecross, Green Shield, Great West Life, and Manulife. Please check with your insurance company to see if you require a referral from your doctor. If we are unable to direct bill for you, we will provide you with all of the necessary information for you to submit.

I have never been in, how early should I arrive?

For your first appointment, you should arrive  5-10 minutes early to fill out a confidential health history form and conduct a treatment assessment with your therapist. For your convenience, download our health history form in advance and bring it with you to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
