Practicing since 2005, Peggy graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with Honours and is an active member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). Clinical studies while in school included chronic pain and a cancer outreach program through The Lodge That Gives.
Post graduation, Peggy was a lead therapist at a spa for several years where much of her training was Ayurvedic based. Further professional studies have included deep tissue work, cupping, pregnancy massage, TMD treatments and acquiring her Master’s level of Reiki.
In 2017, Peggy began working for Ideal Massage Therapy in Halifax which she now owns and operates.
Peggy’s practice as a Massage Therapist focuses on restoring balance and assisting clients in reaching a greater sense of well-being through her varied skills and compassion. External interests include spending time with her two children, yoga, meditation, health and wellbeing, working out and travel.
